Mushroom Kingdom Orgy
As citizens of the internet I’m sure the topic of how Toad and Toadette reproduce has been … aroused before. Let’s break it down. According to the Wikiepedia entry on Toad, members of the toadstool family in Mario simply have human-like qualities. Which means we have to look at mushroom reproduction:

That is going to be one nasty orgy. You could have rooms with specifically tuned environmental conditions and then one toadette saying to another, “Hey Baby, wanna fuse our hypahe together.” MMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm.
Just think about how complicated the sexual world of the mushroom kingdom would be. If Mario was invited to a toadstool orgy it probably wouldn’t be for his sexual prowess. He’s probably into mundane things like straight sex, or possibly some lesbian. I don’t think I would have the stomach to watch Toad’s porn. Or the biology background to properly comprehend how nasty that little dude is.

This makes me think of a priceless moment in biology class, when the teacher asked what kind of food fungi lived on, and this girl answers: “Dead orgasms”
When the class had finally stopped laughing, the teacher began to giggle again and managed to say, “I’m just trying to imagine what that must look like,” which made any attempt at learning futile for the rest of the lesson.
